David Unter

David Unter has a diverse work experience starting from 1995. David served as the Senior Manager Audit Services at Deloitte from January 1995 to September 2004. Following that, they worked as the Director of Accounting and External Financial Reporting at Hot Topic from September 2004 to January 2005. David then joined VOLCOM, initially as the Vice President of Finance from January 2005 to July 2011. Later, they became the Global Chief Financial Officer of Volcom, Inc., a position they held from July 2011 to November 2014. After that, they joined 5.11 Tactical as the Chief Financial Officer from November 2014 to April 2018. David'srecent roles include serving as the Chief Financial Officer at ThreeSixty Sourcing Ltd. and MerchSource, starting from September 2018.

David Unter earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California between 1992 and 1994. In addition, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in October 1999 from an institution called CPA.
