Gary McMullen

Gary came to Threshold in the spring of 2016 to assume the position of Vice President of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services. Gary began his career in human services shortly after college as a live-in staff person at a newly opened group home in Indiana, PA. While this was not initially viewed as a permanent career, Gary found great satisfaction in helping individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal goals.

More recently Gary supported adults with intellectual disabilities in various leadership roles in both residential and pre-vocational settings in Lancaster County, PA.

Gary has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Eastern University.
