Salma Maqsood

Salma Maqsood is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in civil, commercial, and property litigation, as well as personal injury law. Currently serving as a Partner at Thrings since June 2024, Salma has also held significant roles, including Junior Vice President and Council Member at the Bristol Law Society since November 2019, and Social Mobility Ambassador with The Law Society since November 2020. Salma's previous positions include Partner at Barcan+Kirby and Kapoor & Co Solicitors, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams in various legal areas. Salma is an Advisory Board Member at Bristol Law School and commenced legal education with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of the West of England, complemented by a Legal Practice Course from The College of Law.
