Rev. Dianne Dugan

Outpatient Clinician at Thrive Behavioral Health

Rev. Dianne Dugan serves as an Outpatient Clinician at Thrive Behavioral Health since November 2019, specializing in anxiety and depressive issues, LGBT concerns, spiritual care, substance abuse, and trauma, primarily working with adults, elders, couples, and families. Previous roles include Pastoral Counselor in self-employment from May 2019 to November 2019, Interim Minister at First Congregational Church of Spencer from August 2016 to September 2019, and extensive experience with various congregations as Supply Minister, Designated Term Minister, and Transitional Interim Minister, among others. Rev. Dugan holds a Master of Divinity from Andover Newton Theological School and a Master of Social Work from Rhode Island College. Additionally, Rev. Dugan has contributed to spiritual care for the elderly and is in the process of publishing a book focused on spiritually caring for frail elders and their families.
