Sonya Bilano

Sonya Bilano is currently the VP of Clinical Operations at Thrive Dental and Orthodontics, where Sonya previously held the title of Director of Clinical Operations. Prior to this role, Sonya worked at MINT Dentistry from February 2013 to May 2020, starting as a Personal RDA and later taking on roles such as Training RDA, RDA Director, and Lead RDA in the Plano and Dallas locations. Sonya also served as a Registered Dental Assistant and played a key role in opening new offices in the DFW and Houston areas.
