Edward Ratnarajah

Edward Ratnarajah has a strong background in healthcare leadership and operations. Edward is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Health Engagement and Business Transformation at Thrive Health. Prior to that, they held various roles at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, including National Director of Strategic Partnerships and Digital Technology and Strategic Partnerships in British Columbia. Before joining LifeLabs, Edward worked at the Provincial Health Services Authority, where they served as the Executive Director of Operations, Pathology, and Laboratory Medicine, as well as the Executive Director of Business & Process Excellence. Edward also held the position of Provincial Director of Operations in the same department. Edward's early career was spent at the BC Centre for Disease Control, where they held several positions, including Director of Emergency Management Support and Operations, Head of Biocontainment and Operations in Public Health Laboratory Services, and Health Science Officer.

Edward Ratnarajah completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from The University of British Columbia, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Later, in 2013 to 2015, they attended the Centre for Creative Leadership, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
