Mary-Joy McAuley

Mary-Joy McAuley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2015, they worked at Kilrea Health Centre as a Data Entry and Administration employee. Mary-Joy then joined Ski Val as a Chalet Host in 2016. Later that year, they returned to Kilrea Health Centre in the same role. In 2016, they joined Wild Bill's Legendary Saloon as a Bartender and worked there until 2020. Since September 2020, Mary-Joy has been working at Thrive Health, initially as an Office Manager and currently as the Manager of Operations.

Mary-Joy McAuley earned a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Science and Criminology from Northumbria University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various fields such as strategic thinking, effective listening, bookkeeping, accounting foundations, first-time management, QuickBooks training, coaching and developing employees, human leadership, performance management systems, practical leadership skills, managing meetings, leadership tips and advice, strategic human resources, creating an inspiring culture for employees, administrative human resources, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, goal setting and performance management, and unconscious bias. These certifications were obtained between 2021 and 2023.
