Ashley Parker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ashley started their career as a Bartender at The White Hart Hotel in 2010 before transitioning to roles in the healthcare sector. At Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust, they worked as an E-Learning Developer, gaining expertise in E-Learning development software and Learning Management Systems. Ashley then moved on to Babcock International Group as an E-Learning & Media Assistant, where they created media and developed in-house e-learning courses.

In 2016, Ashley joined Ambersphere Ltd as a Director, where they gained valuable management and workload experience, handling accounts and staff timesheets, as well as marketing and bookkeeping. Ashley later joined Money Advice Trust, playing a pivotal role as the Learning Technology Manager, implementing a new learning technologies strategy and introducing a new Learning Management System (LMS). Ashley also took on the position of E-Learning Manager, collaborating with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to develop learning solutions.

In 2019, Ashley joined Fuse Universal as a Solutions Architect, where they worked closely with clients of all sizes to understand their needs and design and implement the Fuse learning platform. Ashley'sresponsibilities included leading workshops, prototyping new sites, educating clients on Fuse utilization, and scoping new feature requests. Currently, Ashley is employed at Thrive as the Head of Implementation, overseeing the implementation process for the company.

Ashley Parker's education history begins with their completion of a Certificate in Articulate Storyline - Training Accreditation Programme (TAP) from The Training Foundation in 2014. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Petroc Official where they earned a Diploma BTEC National Diploma for IT Practitioners (Level 3) in the field of Information Technology. During the same period, in 2009 to 2010, they also obtained an OCR Certificate for iMedia Users Certificate from Petroc Official. Earlier in their education, Ashley attended Holsworthy Community College from 2004 to 2009 and completed their GCSE.
