Hayley Farrell

Hayley Farrell is a seasoned professional in the field of learning insights and business intelligence, currently serving as a Senior Learning Insights Analyst at THRIVE since September 2021. Prior to this role, Hayley held the position of Lead Developer at ENGIE UK & Ireland from April 2017 to September 2021, and previously worked at Tesco Bank in various capacities including Business Intelligence Developer, Senior Management Information Analyst, and Management Information Analyst from November 2011 to March 2017. Hayley earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Teesside University between September 2002 and July 2005.
