Mike Spear is an accomplished entrepreneur and organizational advisor with significant experience in the social sector. Currently serving as a Resident Advisor at A-Frame Venture Studio and as Co-Founder & CEO of Altruous, Mike has founded The Moonshot Collective and the podcast Cause & Purpose, both dedicated to fostering social impact and leadership.
