Justin Schuhardt, CSCP

Justin Schuhardt is the Vice President of Fulfillment and Supply Chain Operations at Thrive Market. Justin has over 17 years of experience in supply chain management and has held leadership positions at Walmart eCommerce, HoMedics, and Prime InVentories.

At Walmart eCommerce, Justin was responsible for managing the 3PL fulfillment network and overseeing the supply chain for mergers and acquisitions. Justin also led the reverse supply chain initiatives, including vendor partnerships, returns reduction, technology leverage, and solution design.

As the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at HoMedics, Justin was responsible for developing and executing multi-channel strategies to serve customers anywhere, anytime, faster and more profitably.

Justin is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Justin Schuhardt, CSCP has a MBA in International Business from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, a BBA in Marketing Management from Western Illinois University, and is a SSLP (Six Sigma Lean Professional) from the Management & Strategy Institute. Justin also German from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and has a certification from APICS in CSCP.
