Mha Carol Ann Ruda

Carol Ann Ruda, MHA, has extensive experience in health care management and service administration. Currently serving as Project Manager at Thrive Peer Recovery Services since April 2021, Ruda previously held the position of Director of Access to Care at Cleveland Rape Crisis Center from August 2018 to April 2021. Ruda's career also includes a role as Service Administrator at BayMark Health Services from May 2014 to August 2019 and as Community Education Liaison at Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry from 2010 to April 2014. Ruda earned a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Franklin University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Bowling Green State University.
