Managing Director Of Alumni Engagement & Mentorship Programs | Community Engagement at Thrive Scholars

Kahzah Mims, CPCC, currently serves as the Managing Director of Alumni Engagement & Mentorship Programs and Managing Director of Alumni Relations at Thrive Scholars, where responsibilities include developing strategies and programming for relationship development activities for over 1,300 alumni. Prior to this role, Kahzah held positions such as Career Coach, where a caseload of 60 students was managed, and Career Development and Employer Relations Manager at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, providing career advisement to over 1,000 students and alumni annually. Additional experience includes positions as Sports Recreation Leader I at the City of Fountain Valley and Director of Career Services at ITT Technical Institute, along with freelance writing for Off the Glass and coaching for the LA Clippers. Kahzah holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a focus on Journalism from California State University, Northridge.
