Kate Berezo

Kate Berezo is a skilled professional with extensive experience in community engagement, podcast production, and organizational development. Currently serving as Podcast Producer for The Mentors Who Made Us Podcast and National Director of Community Engagement at Thrive Scholars, Berezo has successfully expanded Thrive Scholars into five new markets, achieved significant revenue growth, and led numerous professional development and mentorship initiatives. As a consultant for The Mentorship Mindset, expertise lies in enhancing team dynamics and corporate social responsibility. Past roles include Learning and Development Manager at Lower Columbia College and Senior Engagement Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, where significant contributions to program development and donor engagement resulted in high impact outcomes. Berezo holds a Master’s in Adult Education, Leadership and Change Management from Antioch University Seattle and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Evergreen State College.
