Rachana Vyas

Rachana Vyas is an experienced career development professional currently serving as the Director of Career Development at Thrive Scholars since August 2021. Prior to this role, Rachana held the position of Assistant Director at the University of California, Berkeley's Career Center from June 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included building programming and employer engagement for Life and Physical Sciences students. Rachana also worked as a Career Center Consultant at the University of California, Berkeley in 2017 and held significant leadership roles at Visa as Director (2011-2016) and Credit Suisse as Assistant Vice President (2008-2011). Rachana began their career at Johnson & Johnson as an Associate in the Leadership Development Program from June 2002 to April 2008. Rachana earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University following education at Central High School.
