Ubek Ergashev

Ubek Ergashev has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ubek began their career at PwC in 2014 as an Associate Consultant and later transitioned to the position of Product Manager. In this role, they were responsible for driving product strategy and execution.

In 2017, Ubek joined Comcast as a Product Manager for Comcast's Enterprise IoT business, MachineQ. Ubek played a crucial role in setting the product strategy and overseeing the successful launch of the company's ecommerce website and mobile app.

In 2019, Ubek joined Monetate as a Senior Product Manager. Monetate, a leading personalization platform for ecommerce brands, was acquired by Vista Equity Partners during their tenure. At Monetate, Ubek utilized their expertise to enhance customer experiences through the implementation of the company's ML Based Personalization Engine.

Currently, Ubek holds the position of Director of Product Management at Thrive TRM, a role they assumed in September 2021. Prior to this, they served as Senior Product Manager at the company, starting in January 2020.

Throughout their career, Ubek Ergashev has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive product strategy, successfully execute product launches, and deliver superior customer experiences.

Ubek Ergashev attended UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Russian Literature. After that, they furthered their education at CUHK Business School, focusing on Business Administration. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in Product Strategy from Reforge in August 2022, followed by a certification in Hypothesis-Driven Development from Coursera in March 2021. Prior to that, in November 2020, they completed a certification course on Agile Meets Design Thinking, also from Coursera. In September 2020, they achieved a certification in Digital Product Management, also from Coursera.
