Ricky Stephens

Ricky Stephens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate innovation and operations within the food and agriculture sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Innovation & Operations at SVG Ventures | THRIVE since April 2023, Ricky previously held significant roles at Agritecture, including Advisor and Director of Digital Strategy, where efforts focused on launching digital divisions and expanding business units. As Co-Founder & CEO of AgTech X, Ricky established New York City's first incubator dedicated to urban agriculture, later integrating with Agritecture. Earlier career highlights include various positions at Red Ventures, where Ricky contributed to marketing analytics, strategic partnerships, and sales operations. Ricky earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Davidson College in 2012.
