David Rougely

David Rougely has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David founded Pantera Security, LLC in 2018, where they provided cybersecurity solutions to businesses and government entities. David'sexpertise included conducting cybersecurity assessments, creating cybersecurity policies, and offering security products. David also specialized in Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) consulting services.

In 2022, they took on the role of Lead Cybersecurity Instructor at ThriveDX, where they likely shares their knowledge and trains individuals in cybersecurity practices. David Rougely obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Prairie View A&M University from 2006 to 2009. David also holds an Associate degree in Science from Houston Community College, earned between 2003 and 2006. In addition to their formal education, David Rougely has obtained several certifications, including CompTIA Security+, Endpoint Security Technical Certification from WatchGuard Technologies, and CMMC-AB Registered Practitioner certification from the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body (CMMC AB).
