Robert Fonseca

Robert Fonseca has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Robert is currently working as the Global Partnerships - Director, Partner Success at ThriveDX (formerly HackerU), where they focus on establishing and maintaining productive relationships with partners in the US and Latin America. Prior to this role, they held positions as the Regional Program Manager and Program Operations Manager at the same company.

Before joining ThriveDX, Robert worked as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Realty Empire, where they played a key role in driving sales and marketing strategies. Robert also served as the Associate Director of Development at United Way of Miami-Dade, overseeing development initiatives for seven years.

Their career began at Carnival Cruise Line, where they served as a Sales Executive for over seven years. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer relationships, coaching and mentoring team members, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Robert was recognized for their outstanding performance and received the Consumer Sales Department MVP award in 2011.

Robert Fonseca attended Harvard Manage Mentor from 2017 to 2018, where they studied Organizational Leadership. Prior to that, they attended Miami Dade College from 2002 to 2006.
