Marcela Deras

Marcela Deras currently serves as the Director de gestión de relaciones con clientes at Thrivelab, a position held since April 2022, where responsibilities include client retention, handling complex cases, developing standard operating procedures, and training patient care coordinators. Previously, Marcela excelled as a Patient Care Coordinator, managing over 50 client accounts and ensuring seamless communication with medical professionals. From February 2018 to April 2022, Marcela worked at Paradise Solutions El Salvador as a VIP Event Coordinator, successfully orchestrating large-scale events while managing budgets and vendor negotiations. Marcela's experience includes a role as a Sales Representative at Microsoft, where metrics and customer support were a focus, and as a Customer Support Specialist for CGI Federal at the U.S. Embassy, providing high-quality service within legal guidelines. Marcela holds an MBA from BEBS Barcelona Executive Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bircham International University.
