Reed VanderSlik is an experienced executive with a strong background in the senior living and healthcare sectors. As President and CEO of ThriveMore since September 2019, Reed has led organizational growth and strategic initiatives. Previously, Reed served as President of Glacier Hills Senior Living Community and held key roles such as COO and CFO at Porter Hills. Reed's financial expertise was further developed during tenure as CFO at Genzink Steel and Director of Operational Accounting at Hart & Cooley. Reed holds an MBA in Business from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Aquinas College - Grand Rapids.
