Kristina O'Connell

Kristina O'Connell has a strong background in marketing and corporate affairs. Kristina is currently serving as the EVP of Marketing at Thrive since October 2023. Prior to this, they founded acorn in March 2022 and held the position until October 2023. From May 2020 to April 2022, Kristina worked as the VP of Corporate Affairs & Marketing at Dascena, where they focused on using machine learning algorithms to improve patient outcomes. Before that, they served as the VP of Marketing at WiTricity Corporation from August 2016 to March 2020, where they contributed to wireless charging technology for electric vehicles. Kristina has also worked as a Strategic Marketing Consultant at ExaGrid from February 2014 to August 2016 and at FrontRange from 2011 to 2012. Kristina held the position of VP of Marketing at Korrio from September 2010 to August 2016 and at Crescendo Networks from September 2009 to October 2010. Kristina's earlier experience includes working as the CMO of VideoIQ from 2012 to February 2014 and as the VP of Marketing at DNSstuff.com from May 2005 to August 2009.
