Rose Payano

Rose Payano is an experienced project delivery professional with a strong background in procurement operations and technical product management. Currently serving as the Director of Project Delivery at Thrive since January 2019, Rose has held multiple roles in project delivery, demonstrating expertise in the entire procurement life cycle and assisting clients with technical specifications. Previous positions include leadership roles at CareTech Solutions and HTC Global Services, focusing on incident management and team leadership. Early career experience includes operations management at Amazing Event Rentals and service in the United States Marine Corps from 2011 to 2015. Rose holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from American Public University, earned in 2016.
