Keith Senkowski

Keith Senkowski is an accomplished digital engineering executive with extensive experience in leading innovative teams and driving product design initiatives. Currently serving as VP of Digital Engineering at Thrivent since July 2020, Keith is responsible for the client-focused digital engineering team and has previously held roles such as Director of Digital Servicing and Digital Experience. Prior to Thrivent, Keith held senior leadership positions at Fjord as Senior Design Director for North America, and at Critical Mass as Group Technology Director, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and enhancing client relationships. Keith's career also includes freelance work in illustration and game design, as well as significant contributions to web development and multimedia solutions across various organizations. Keith holds a BA in Fine Arts from Carthage College and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
