Roz Tsai

Roz Tsai, Ph.D. has an extensive work history starting from 1989 to the present. Roz has held various roles in different companies and institutions, specializing in talent management, learning, and organizational effectiveness. Their most recent position was as Vice President of Talent, Learning, and Organizational Effectiveness at Thrivent. Prior to that, they served as an Adjunct Faculty for Global Talent Management at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and as VP of HR, Enterprise Learning & CLO at Ecolab. Other notable positions include Senior Director of Global Workforce Effectiveness at Honeywell International and Senior Manager of Training & Knowledge Management at Lawson Software. Throughout their career, Roz has demonstrated their expertise in shaping training programs and enhancing organizational learning and development.

Roz Tsai, Ph.D., holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instructional Technologies with a supporting area of focus in Organization Development from the University of Minnesota. Roz also has a B.A. in English, with a minor in French, from Nankai University and a Master of Science in Information Media from St. Cloud State University.
