Dr. Douglas R. Polster has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Their most recent role is as a Sports Neuropsychologist at UCLA Health since September 2015, where they provide neurocognitive screening, concussion education, and treatment interventions for patients. Douglas R. also works as the COO and Director of Clinician Experience at Thriving Center of Psychology since June 2020, offering evidence-based psychotherapy services. Additionally, Dr. Polster runs their own practice, Polster Performance, since September 2016, specializing in brain and body health enhancement through cognitive and behavioral change.
