Armand Cianciosi has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Armand started their career at Universal Instruments in 1982, where they worked as a Sr. Buyer and then transitioned into International Sales, acting as a liaison between the company's European and South American sales offices and global customers. Armand also played a role in order fulfillment and the management of strategic customer relationships. In 1988, they moved into Field Sales at Universal, responsible for direct sales and customer management in a five-state Midwest territory.

Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Thruway, where they collaboratively work with the executive team to ensure the company is well-positioned to meet and exceed customer requirements and empowers its employees.
