Vinay Kulkarni

Vinay Kulkarni is a Co-Founder at Thryve.Earth since May 2022, focusing on creating a platform for scaling high-quality Natural Climate Solutions (NCS) projects. Prior to this, Vinay served as Lead at the Global Sustainability Innovation Center and an Associate Partner at Bain & Company from September 2016 to April 2022. Vinay's earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager and Assistant Area Engineer at Shell Projects and Technology, where responsibilities encompassed managing a novel 'Gas to Liquids' demonstration project and overseeing maintenance projects at the world's first 'Gas to Liquids' complex. Additional roles include Project Engineer at Shell, Intern at The Energy and Resources Institute, and Intern at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Vinay holds an MBA from The Wharton School (2014-2016) and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (2004-2008).
