Pooja Joy's work experience includes the following roles:

- Partnerships Manager at Thryve (2022-present): Pooja manages partnerships for Thryve's Plug & Play middleware, which provides access to health data from various smart consumer devices. Pooja helps partners improve their services by integrating connected health sensor data.

- Private Tutor at TELIOS TUTORS LTD (2020-2021): Pooja worked as a private tutor, teaching Math, Science, and English to students up to GSCE level. Pooja assessed each student's abilities and tailored their tutoring to their individual needs.

- Civil Structural Engineer at Atkins (2016): Pooja completed a week-long work experience at Atkins, where they worked with civil engineers in the structures department.
