Justin Butler has extensive experience in the construction industry, starting as a Superintendent at Rock Solid Builders before owning J.butler construction where Justin specialized in residential construction and renovations. Currently, at THS National, Justin serves as the Operations Manager overseeing large-scale multi-family renovations on a national level and managing a team of superintendents to ensure project efficiency and client satisfaction. Justin's expertise includes developing contractor relationships, creating proposals, managing budgets, and organizing pre-construction meetings with properties and owners.
