Kaulin Blair has a strong background in business operations and revenue strategy. They started working at Marketing Evolution in 2015, where they served as a Business Analyst and later as a Senior Business Analyst. In these roles, Kaulin managed sales operations and forecasting, enhanced the Salesforce platform, and negotiated software contracts, among other responsibilities.
In 2018, Kaulin was promoted to the position of Manager, Strategic Planning and Analytics. In this role, they directed a team, reduced data COGS, designed budget and forecasting models, and played a key role in securing $26.1 million in funding. They also implemented new project management systems, optimized internal implementation processes, and led operational changes for new product rollouts.
In 2021, Kaulin joined Candid™ as a Revenue Strategy Manager, where they contributed to revenue growth and strategy. Currently, Kaulin is working as a Business Operations Manager at Thuma, starting in February 2022.
Kaulin Blair's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Statistics, obtained from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Kaulin attended this university from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at San Ramon Valley High School from 2007 to 2011.
In addition to their formal education, Kaulin Blair has also obtained additional certifications. Kaulin received the Shoptalk Retail Education Certificate from Shoptalk in April 2022. In January 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.
