Erika Kopeinigg

Erika Kopeinigg has over 20 years of experience, starting with their role as a Community Environmental Management Volunteer for the United States Peace Corps in 2001. Erika then worked as a Graduate Assistant at the W.P. Carey School of Business before beginning their corporate career at Hewlett-Packard in 2008. Erika held several roles at Hewlett-Packard, including Marketing Manager, Employee Onboarding Project Manager, and Global Business Partner. In 2013, they joined Align Technology, where they worked on several roles, including Program Manager - L&D and Organizational Development, Global Training Manager - ERP Implementation, and Senior Manager, Global Talent Development. Erika'smost recent position is as Head of People at Thumb since July 2021. Throughout their career, Erika has managed teams, designed and executed training strategies, and delivered organizational development programs on a global scale.
