Chelsia Yu is a seasoned product manager and designer with extensive experience in user experience and product development. At Thumbtack since 2018, Chelsia has held multiple roles, culminating in the position of Senior Product Manager for Home Care, where the focus is on helping homeowners proactively care for their homes. Prior positions at Thumbtack include Product Manager for Bookings, Staff Product Designer for Payments & Bookings, and Senior Product Designer for Pro Experience & Monetization, demonstrating a strong track record in enhancing booking experiences and payment platforms. Prior to Thumbtack, Chelsia served as a Product Designer at Capriza, focusing on micro apps, alongside freelance design work and roles at Duke Innovative Design Agency and Black & Black Creative. Chelsia holds a degree in Visual & Media Studies with a certificate in Information Sciences from Duke University.
