Denys Kopiychenko

Denys Kopiychenko is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading technical teams and managing software projects. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer and Senior Manager at Thumbtack since October 2016, Denys oversees the Monetization and Data Science teams. Prior to this, Denys operated as a Software Architect at Grid Dynamics International, Inc, focusing on architecture and delivery of distributed computing projects for major e-commerce brands. Additional roles include Technical Lead/Development Manager at Mirantis, and CTO at domosti.ru. Denys possesses a robust technology stack expertise, including Java, Spring, and various database systems. Educational background encompasses a Master's degree in Economical Cybernetics from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and a Master's degree in Theoretical Nuclear Physics and Physics of Plasma from the same institution, along with studies at l’Université du Littoral Côte d’Opale.
