Elizabeth Gouéti, Esq. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Elizabeth is currently the Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Thumbtack since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Google Tech Prep Coach at Management Leadership for Tomorrow from March to May 2023. From June 2022 to January 2023, they served as the Interim Vice President and later as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at NetApp. Before that, they held the position of Principal Business Partner, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from May 2021 to February 2022. From September 2018 to May 2021, they were the Founder & Principal Consultant at Avinu Consulting, LLC. Elizabeth also gained valuable experience at Pearson, where they served as an In-House Counsel for North America Sales & Canada, In-House Counsel for North America Sales, Diversity & Inclusion Advocate, and Higher Ed Compliance Specialist between 2013 and 2021. Additionally, they worked as an Employment Litigation Associate at Cornell & Associates, PA from January 2011 to September 2013 and as an Adjunct Professor at Keiser University from March 2011 to June 2013.

Elizabeth also has a Certificate in Executive Negotiations and Conflict Management from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Elizabeth Gouéti, Esq. holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Stetson University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Florida State University.
