Jenaca McDonald

Jenaca McDonald has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as a Sales Development Representative at Pronto since March 2020. Prior to this role, Jenaca held multiple positions at Thumbtack starting in March 2017, including Account Executive, On-boarding and Success Specialist, and Customer Support, where the focus was on assisting professionals in growing their businesses. Jenaca's earlier experience includes working as a Server at The Huddle from October 2016 to October 2017 and as a Customer Service Representative at Select Health Insurance from March 2014 to October 2016, providing support to members regarding their insurance plans. Jenaca is an alumnus of Salt Lake Community College.
