Michael Amparo

Michael Amparo is a Software Engineer at Thumbtack since April 2022, previously holding positions as an Apprentice Software Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as an ICG Technology Analyst and Summer Analyst at Citi from July 2020 to April 2022. Michael completed a Full Stack Web Development Fellowship at Pursuit, an intensive, Google-funded program focusing on inclusivity in tech. Early career roles include Verizon Expert and Mobile Sales Consultant at Best Buy, where significant customer engagement and sales achievements were recorded. Additional experiences include site management at MEALKU: Made and an internship in graphic design at The Door - A Center of Alternatives. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with a minor in Physics from Baruch College and has received additional training from Harvard Business School Online.
