Pedro Jales

Pedro Jales is a seasoned instructional designer and enablement specialist with a comprehensive background in training and support roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer Specialist at Thumbtack since November 2021, Pedro enhances instructional content and develops eLearning courses to align with competency-based objectives. Prior experience includes positions at MEC, Intuit, GfK, Xerox, and as an English Language Teacher, showcasing expertise in quality management, training new hires, and developing efficient learning materials. Pedro holds degrees in Systems for the Internet from FIAP and Computer Science from Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte.
