Sophal Ear, PhD, NACD.DC, is a highly experienced individual with a background in global management, education, public policy, and social justice. With a strong focus on leadership and community empowerment, Ear has held various positions in prestigious organizations such as Thunderbird School of Global Management, Crescenta Valley Town Council, and the Southeast Asia Resource Action Center.
