Amanda Vidigal

Amanda Vidigal has extensive experience in customer experience management, currently working at Thunders Tecnologia since September 2020, where responsibilities include producing user guides, conducting online and in-person training, implementing the OKR method, and providing user support. Previously, Amanda served as an executive assistant at Grupo Caltabiano McLarty from April 2014 to October 2019 and completed an internship at Fundação Estadual do Meio Ambiente in 2012. Amanda holds a Specialist degree in Strategic Management of the Electric Sector from PUC Minas (2021-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering from PUC Minas (2007-2016).
