Leonardo Balaba Jr.

Leonardo Balaba Jr. is an experienced RF Systems/Ground Engineer at Yahsat since August 2019 and has been serving as an Assistant RF Engineer at Thuraya Telecommunications Company since January 2016. Prior to these roles, Leonardo held a supervisory position at ABS Global Ltd overseeing the Technical Assistance Center from September 2011 to January 2016. Earlier in their career, Leonardo was the Operations Manager at Philcomsat Holdings Corporation from April 2004 to September 2011 and worked as an Earth Station Engineer at PHILCOMSAT from December 1991 to April 2004. Leonardo began their career as a Cadet Engineer at Paniqui Sugar Corporation in 1990. Leonardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Saint Louis University, completing studies from 1984 to 1989.
