Betsy Burton-Strunk

Betsy Burton-Strunk is an experienced leader in development and sales with a robust background in the education and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Development at the Thurgood Marshall College Fund since July 2019, Betsy plays a critical role in supporting Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs). Previous positions include Vice President of Sales at BankMobile Disbursements and Higher One, as well as extensive tenure at Sallie Mae in various leadership roles. Betsy began their career in customer support at Wachovia Student Financial Services and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Personnel Management from Miami University.
