Julia Stanton has a long and varied work experience. Julia began their career in 2005 as a Teacher at Gyeonggi English Village. In 2012, they became a Registered Nurse at International Multiple Sclerosis Management Practice. From 2013 to 2016, they held various roles at ArchCare, including Utilization Review Nurse and Registered Nurse Care Manager. During this same time period, they were also a Community Health Nurse at Met Council. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Oscar Health, where they held roles such as Associate Director, Clinical Operations, Senior Manager, Clinical Operations, Clinical Operations Manager, and Clinical Operations Associate. Julia is currently the Director of Member Experience at Thyme Care.

Julia Stanton has a diverse educational background. Julia obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2012, after studying there from 2009 to 2012. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from UAB in 2005, after studying there from 2002 to 2005. Julia also has several certifications, including a Change Management Tips for Leaders certification from LinkedIn obtained in May 2022, a Divemaster certification from PADI obtained in January 2008, a Certified Case Manager certification from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) obtained in January 2016, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers obtained in June 2017.
