Alexander Baidal Mendoza

Alexander Baidal Mendoza is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as Head of IT Projects and Senior Software Engineer at TIA S.A. since November 2021, Alexander has managed software projects and worked as an Oracle Retail Applications Engineer. Prior experience includes a tenure at NUO Corp as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on retail software design and the reengineering of point of sale applications, as well as a role at SIPECOM S.A. as a Senior Backend Developer for store operations applications. Alexander also held various positions, including Development Team Lead, during a previous eight-year period at TIA S.A. Alexander holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Internacional del Ecuador and an Engineer's degree in System Engineering from Universidad de Guayaquil.
