Pratibha Guha

Pratibha Guha is an experienced professional in people operations, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Tia since September 2022. Prior to this role, Pratibha held the position of Head of People Operations at Carbon Health from April 2020 to July 2022, and served as HR Manager at both SailGP and Zoosk Inc. Previously, Pratibha gained experience in executive assistance and partnerships at Amplifier Strategies and worked as a temporary executive assistant at organizations such as The Nature Conservancy and Samasource. Early career roles included fine art advising and administrative support at Isenberg & Associates and an internship at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Pratibha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and Biology from UCLA.
