Piyush Relan

Piyush Relan serves as the Managing Director and Head of Experience Design & Experience Product Management at TIAA since October 2023. Previously, Piyush held the position of Director of UX and Product Design at Walmart Global Tech India, leading a large team focused on eCommerce and Omni growth across international markets. Piyush has significant experience in user experience and design, having worked as Design Director at IBM iX and held various roles at Human Factors International, Indigo Consulting, and Idealake Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, Piyush has contributed to education as a Design Instructor at ISDI Mumbai and NMIMS School of Design. Piyush holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Rizvi College and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
