Sharon Kelsch

Sharon Kelsch is an experienced project manager and product owner with a strong background in IT and business analysis. Currently serving as the Lead Project Manager-IT at TIAA since January 2022, Sharon has effectively gathered and documented requirements for the redesign of the Sponsor Web experience, coordinating between business units and IT to ensure successful implementation. Prior roles include Product Owner at Kaeppel Consulting, LLC, and Business Analyst at Pride Technologies.
