Juan Fernando Zuluaga Franco is an experienced logistics and operations professional with a strong background in improving operational efficiencies. Currently serving as an Auxiliar de logística at TIC Group since February 2023, Juan ensures the proper flow and reception of items, utilizing WMS for tracking. Previously, Juan held the position of Operations Coordinator at DHL Supply Chain from September 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included developing strategies for continuous improvement and managing work teams. Additionally, Juan led operations for the Novaventa account and was responsible for inventory management with Procter & Gamble. Earlier experience includes serving as an Auxiliar administrativo de oficina at ALMACENES FLAMINGO S A from December 2015 to September 2019, focusing on commercial advice and inventory analysis. Juan holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica de Oriente and has completed courses in project management and modern tools for industrial engineering. Currently, Juan is pursuing additional education at Lonsdale Institute.
