Neil Walker

Neil Walker has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Neil currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Ticker, where they are responsible for leading and growing the software engineering, data engineering, data science, product, and delivery functions. Prior to this, they worked at Covea Insurance as the Head of Technology and Chief Architect/Head of Architecture, overseeing the transformation to a cloud-first insurance platform and establishing the architecture organization. Before that, they were the Chief Architect at Mastek, leading agile teams in delivering microservice technologies. Neil also served as the Head of Strategy, Architecture, and Security at Gatwick Airport on an interim basis, managing architects and the security team. Neil has held roles at Capita Customer Management, ERIS Technology Limited, Mindtree, Cognizant, BT, and Liverpool Direct Limited, where they contributed to various technology projects and provided architecture expertise.

Neil Walker attended Coventry University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a 2-1 BA(Hons) degree in Technical Communication.
