Scott Sommer

Scott Sommer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Scott most recently worked at Tic:Toc as an Engineering Manager, where they managed a team and oversaw engineering projects. Prior to that, they were a Delivery Manager and Excellence Coach at the same company. Scott previously worked at elmTEK Pty Ltd as a Program Manager, focusing on Modelling and Simulation projects. Scott also held the position of Software Team Lead at Ultra Electronics - Avalon Systems. Scott's experience at Schneider Electric includes roles such as Software Development Manager, Software Design Team Leader, and Software Design Engineer. Scott also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Milestone IT and the University of Adelaide. Additionally, Scott was a Software Engineer at QinetiQ Consulting Australia, where they worked on Modeling and Simulation projects. Scott began their career as a Graduate Software Engineer at KAZ Group Pty Ltd and had a role as a Junior Software Developer at New Wave Electronics. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, they also obtained a Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering from the same institution, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. In December 2015, Scott obtained a certification in Duolingo German Fluency at an elementary level from Duolingo.
